Join us for a free and guided Winter Walk 🌲 for the LGBT+ community and allies, in the beautiful Peak District National Park.
We’ll take a gentle walk down The Manifold Track with mindful moments along the way, as an opportunity to get outdoors, spend time together, join in with optional creative activities, connect with nature and learn a little about some of the special qualities of the UK’s first national park.
There are toilets at the car park and the route follows the River Manifold. The track is surfaced and mainly level so it’s a good choice for families with prams and wheelchair users, plus people with limited mobility.
We are meeting at 10am on Wednesday 19th February at Derbyshire LGBT+ Centre on 25 Curzon Street, Derby, DE1 1LH. We’ll be travelling up together in a mini bus, but you can also meet us there.
You’ll be guided the the Peak District National Park staff and joined by our staff and volunteers at Derbyshire LGBT+.
